Bathroom Leaks

So, last night we discovered a leak coming from our bathroom. We are not entirely sure how long it has been going on, but it has obviously been a while. We had some stuff stacked up outside of the bathroom door (in our bedroom) and when we moved it to check the floor, there was mold on the bottom of it and everything was wet. The wet spot just appeared outside the door yesterday. I had never noticed the floor wet at all before that. I called the property management and they are supposed to get it fixed quickly. I am a little worried though that they are going to have to replace the carpet and tile in the bathroom because the water, it seems, is leaking from the toilet under the tile and out the bathroom door. There isn't any water except right around the base of the toilet and outside the door. That would take us out a bedroom and the bathroom. While our place is fairly large, there isn't much room anywhere else to put us. It is a little frustrating. But I certainly don't want to live in a room with moldy carpets! It is so gross!
