Baby #3 coming

Well now that we are into (or at least closer to) the end of the first trimester...we thought we would spread the news far and wide. I think most everyone who reads our blog knows already...but if you don't...We are having baby #3. He or she is due on June 20, 2008. We went in on Tuesday for an ultrasound and the baby is growing well and developing just as he or she should be. Per the ultrasound, the due date is right on, which puts me at 11 weeks tomorrow (November 30) We are so excited and the girls are too! They are spreading the word like wild flowers. Jaicie announced the news to her teachers both at school and at church. She is convinced that she is having a baby brother and tells everyone that repeatedly. But she also understands that we do not know yet what it is, and frequently reminds me if I happen to call the baby a He. It is a funny thing to see a 4 1/2 year old so excited about a new sibling. For the most part the ultrasound pictures turned out pretty poorly...I think they are pretty poor quality compared to other ultrasounds that we have had but the actual video during the ultrasound was awesome. He is a wiggler. He was moving his little arms and legs (as tiny as they were) constantly. Looking back at Felicity's ultrasound at 10 weeks, they are very similar. This baby's heart rate was only at about 160, which was about 14 beats per minute slower than both girls averages. Not saying anything about whether it is a boy or a girl...Old Wives tales! Anyway, the ultrasound was fun and exciting. So, here are some pictures for you to see. The first one is actually a 4d pictures. I had never seen one of my own baby before. So it was really cool for me. The arrow is pointing at the umbilical cord...Everyone asks if it is a boy because of the arrow...we won't know that for about 11 more weeks! So enjoy the pics!

So true!

This is hilarious! I love it!

For those of you who are, like me, sick to death of getting emails that tell you to forward to at least X number of people in the next 15 minutes so that wonderful things and miracles will happen if you do and there will be consequences if you don't, then you will enjoy this.

My little RaceCar Driver

For Kevin!

Today, as I flipped through the channels on the television, Jaicie saw some Nascar racing. She asked me to leave it there. Which I did for a minute or two...Then I changed the channel..."Mom, put it back on race car driving!" She got so upset with me changing the station that I put it back on racing (there was nothing on TV anyway!) But later, while out back riding their bikes..."Mom, I'm a race car driver..." It was cute, so I ran in and grabbed the camera....So here is Jaicie, number 16 race car driver and Felicity number 1 race car driver (this is their car numbers, not their placement in the race) :) It was fun and it was cute. So have a good laugh!

Halloween

Halloween was a lot of fun this year. Both kids were really excited about it and really understood the point. ON Friday the 26th we went out on a ward trunk-or-treat chili cook off party. It was so much fun. We got to go on a hay ride with the girls, eat some really good food, and get some candy for the girls too! On Halloween day, Jaidi and Felicity got to join Jaicie's preschool class for their Halloween party. It was so much fun and Felicity really felt at home there. That evening, we took the girls out to the mall and did trick or treating there. It was fun and we got to see lots of other cute costumes. The girls has a blast and got lots of yummy candy! (which I am doing my best not to enjoy!) Other than that, Halloween was pretty relaxed. Jaidi has not been feeling so great this week, so it has been a nice time to relax so she can get better! Here are some pictures.

Felicity we dressed up as Tinkerbell.

Jaicie was dressed up as Princess Rosella from Barbie and the Island Princess (i have never seen it, but she liked it at school!)

This is the picture of Justin's pumpkins!
